For best results from the Litebook, you should reset your watch to your destination time once you have boarded your flight. Then you should use the Litebook for at least 1 hour during the period specified by the calculator below - either on the plane or once you've landed, depending one your flight times. That way your body will quickly update its body clock and you'll be ready to go within just a few hours, rather than days. Depending on how far you are travelling you may be given times to use the Litebook on your second day also.
